How far can I go?

Probably a lot further than you might think! Electric vehicles offer impressive ranges, allowing you to travel significant distances on a single charge. Many modern EVs can cover 250 to 350 miles, making them perfect for both daily commutes and longer road trips.

The average distance which is driven in the UK is 22 miles per day. 90% of car journeys are less than 15 miles, so electric cars could well be very suitable for you.

There are now more public charge points in the UK than there are petrol stations, which should give you some confidence regarding making those longer trips. Public charge points are provided by different companies, many of whom have set up their own networks. Sometimes, the electricity is provided for free, sometimes not, but generally speaking the cost is still low.
