During the Warranty Period, all mechanical and electrical parts (except those listed under the section “Excluded Parts”) are covered against Mechanical Breakdown on the Vehicle together with:

• Turbo/Supercharger (factory fitted)
• Catalytic Converter
• Air Conditioning (factory fitted)
• Timing belts - provided there is proof that the manufacturer’s replacement recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination
• Casings - cylinder block, gearbox, and axle if they have been damaged by a Mechanical Breakdown of one of the Warranted Parts

This Warranty will also cover your Vehicle for consequential damage, providing damage has not been caused by:

1. failure to take preventative steps (for example, the Vehicle being driven with a defective part); or
2. any loss arising from insufficient servicing.If:
3. the failure of a Warranted Part causes damage to a non-warranted part then in this instance both Warranted Parts and non-warranted parts are covered;
4. the failure of a non-warranted part causes damage to a Warranted Part then in this instance only the Warranted Part is covered.

Car Hire: In the event of vehicle breakdown, costs for a car hire for up to 3 days at a maximum of £30 per day (inclusive of VAT but excludes fuel and insurance) will be covered subject to terms and conditions.

Overnight Accommodation: In respect of overnight accommodation in the United Kingdom, up to £50 per occurrence (inclusive of VAT) provided that the Mechanical Breakdown of the Vehicle has occurred outside a 50 mile radius of Your address or intended overnight accommodation; and that the Vehicle cannot be repaired during the day of the Mechanical Breakdown; and a relief vehicle is not available.

Continental Use: The Warranty is extended for up to 30 days in any 12 month period while the Vehicle is in any country of the EU or EFTA

Parts which are not warranted under the Warranty Agreement: 01. Lubrication of chassis points, hinges, linkages and topping up fluid levels. 02. Engine oil and filter changes. 03. Engine tuning. 04. Drive belt adjustments. 05. Brake and clutch adjustments and replacements due to wear and tear. 06. Glass replacements due to breakages or impact. 07. Wheel alignment and balance. 08. Spark plugs and leads. 09. Fuel filters and cleaning of the fuel system. 10. Windscreen wiper blades and arms. 11. Lights, bulbs and fuses. 12. Headlight adjustments. 13. Window and doorlock adjustments. 14. Paintwork, trim and chrome defect or damage. 15. Tyres and/or wheel rotation and balance. 16. Items which do not form part of the manufacturer’s original specification of the Vehicle. 17. Re-gassing of air conditioning where there has been no fault with the air conditioning unit.

The parts listed below are excluded from this Warranty but would have been included in the manufacturer’s warranty: 01. Batteries. 02. Interior trim. 03. Corrosion to the exhaust. 04. Bodywork.

The following vehicles are not eligible for cover:

• All vehicles manufactured outside the EU; American, Australian and Canadian vehicles (unless built for the UK market); AC; Aston Martin; Bentley; Bristol; De Tomaso; Ferrari; Ginetta; Jensen; Lamborghini; Lotus; Maserati; Morgan; Panther; Rolls Royce; TVR; Stretched Limousines; all rotary engined vehicles and special performance cars unless agreed by Us.

Please Note:

• Cover under this Warranty will end when Your Vehicle reaches 100,000 miles on the odometer.
• Vehicles used for driving schools are not excluded from cover under this Warranty.
